Terms of Service

By accessing or using Aksumite Chat, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform.

You agree to use Aksumite Chat only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Specifically, you must: • Provide accurate account information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Not use the service for spam, harassment, or illegal activities • Not attempt to breach our security measures • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations • Respect the intellectual property rights of others We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime for our service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access: • Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary downtime • Force majeure events are beyond our control • Third-party service outages may affect functionality • We will communicate planned maintenance in advance Our SLA provides credits for excessive downtime as detailed in your subscription plan.

Payment terms for Aksumite Chat: • All prices are in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) unless otherwise stated • Payments can be made via Telebirr, CBE Birr, Awash Bank, or bank transfer • Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance • Failed payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period • No refunds for partial months; you may cancel anytime • Annual plans may offer discounts as specified on our pricing page All payment data is processed securely through certified payment gateways.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: • Aksumite Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim • We are not responsible for data loss caused by your actions or third-party failures • Force majeure events exempt us from liability You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the service in violation of these terms.

Either party may terminate this agreement: • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings • We may suspend or terminate accounts for terms violations • Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days then permanently deleted • You may export your data before cancellation • Certain provisions (liability, indemnification) survive termination We will provide 14 days notice before terminating for non-payment.
